Just saw advert for it (the A5) on TV so checked it out - anyone else think it's looks great?

Bout time a new, decent looking "big" coupe was on the market! Sick to death of seeing CLK's everywhere!!!!!

Not much in the way of engines tho - all I could find out was it has a V8 and makes 348bhp - shame they didn't chuck the RS4's 414bhp 4.2 V8 in it - or better still the twin turbocharged version from the RS6

 

Chap I worked with was gonna get the RS4/RS6 Audi, wasnt so much of an issue buying it, but running it..

He does a lot of European runs for hols etc and would have cost him a fortune!

He got a 27k audi diesel instead

Not seen this new audi tho

 

Maybe the fact its an S and not an RS is the reason the S5 hasnt got either the RS4 or RS6 engines...

My mystic meg mind says maybe a forthcoming RS5 will have...

 

They'll be a RS5 version at some stage. Head to Head with E90 M3 and CLK AMG.

i saw a stunning RS4 today in what looked like gun metal grey, and big big wheels looked totaly mad (and totally out of my price range )

 

saw a R8 yesterday, very very interesting car!
