Default PINKING!!!

This is driving me potty now. One moment I will boot my car and it will fly Then a couple of moments later I can boot it and it pinks so much it sounds like the cam is about to jump out the top of the engine.

Any ideas of things I can try before Steve and the SCC boys get lumbered with my car again?

Any help gratefully received
