Default For people who have fitted a t34 to their cossie

Did you have to modify the oil return pipe ? Mine was fitted the other day and today noticed very slight leak,mechanic is not sure if it's just the gasket or the pipe not quite sealing right,going to checj tomorrow when the fooker is cooler lol.

see if u can get a new gasket,cos they normally rip.....but unless ur man has had the alternator off the pipe is a right fuck on....so it may not be tightened proper............

check the oil return aint touching the manifold mine was i had to bend it slightly as even tho i thought it was tightening th ebolts up it still had a slight gap between turbo and return pipe it was just catching on manifold

Thats what it looks like roosie had a butchers earlier on , where did you bend it and how much m8 ?

never had to bend my one

just went straight on if the core on teh turbo is aligned correctly

Had 3 t34s off various sizes and never had to mod anything simple bolt straight on.

Think thats the key thing m8

Slacken the core and move it round slightly

Has the turbo been on a 2wd????Usaul reason they don't quite line up right when put on 4x4

never had a problem fittin a T3 or a T34 on my 2wd sapp as said above sounds like the core may need to be adjusted!

actually i just remember i just rotated the core slightly while turbo is on car only slightly

The CORE of the T34 and the T3 are the SAME so just might need rotating a bit, and easy when new.
