I think everyone has an opinion regarding this subject..... Im personally aware that some people have high opinions of tuners which I do not have high opinions of as you will never ever get balanced opinions.

I for example have a bad opinion of Power Engineering based on my own experience over five years ago when it was run by different management and staff, I have personally not returned since that time due to my experience however any negatibe comments would be out of context and time and could effect the reputation of recent staff, many who did not work there when I had my experience.

Many people also have only used one tuner for one specific vehicle and base opinions and statements on this experience alone as they have no comparison experience to display.

My advice would be to talk to the companys you are considering and see how much time and information they are willing to give you.... I suggest you seek someone who will look after you and make you feel comfortable and happy before they get to see your car.

Karl's (NMS) on the same trading estate as Junction 28 now.

But basically 5 mins from J28 of the M1.

He also doesn't do RST's unless he personally knows the car or the customer is a long standing customer- due to the amount of SHIT RST's out there.

Best bet is to ring the different tuners and go with your own feeling.

Asking on this website is pointless as everyone has their own opinions and experiences.

Myself personally I wouldn't take any of my cars to anyone other than NMS.
