Im looking to get myself a laptop but havent a clue what to buy....all i want it for is surfing the net,i wont be downloading anything but it must be wireless and be good enough to watch streaming video clips.

PC World etc will rob u blind, i dropped on a great deal at Costco, top spec Toshiba for £528, miles in front of High st shops, you can try Tesco Direct too.

 

Went into pc world on monday to buy the compaq amd duel core for £399 Very good deal, not to my suprise they had sold out! Pc world winds me up, to get served by someone with little knoledge you had to give ya name to a geezer and wait upto 30 mins So i went to comet and bought a HP Pavillion dv6262eu IGB Ram 15.4 widescreen , 120GB HD , wireless LAN, DVD R/W AMD Duel Core Turion TL-52 processor Windows Vista home Premium, £479 reduced from £550. Well happy with it runs football manager like a dream
Look on laptopsdirect & play.com they have got better deals to be honest im just a little impatient...
