Tv card or a usb free view stick thingy, sorry i forget the exact name but its like a usb dongle except allows you to watch free view on a pc and i assume a laptop with a usb port aswell

You will need a good aerial as the little thing that comes with it is useless indoors.

I use the little aerial when I am in the car with the laptop (stationary obviously) with it stuck to the roof. Ideal for that and crystal clear.

as we are in one tv-- anybody that has a prog that streams tv? or a prog that fix more channels one cabel tv?

One of the plus's to the one I listed is that it uses a conventional coaf RF plug - same as the aerial feed that goes to your TV. So if you buy a splitter (LIKE THIS) and then run a length of standard RF aerial cable, you can just plug that into the USB tv dongle for your lappy. Friend of mine from work has done that and poked the cable through the wall into his garden, so he can sit in the garden on a nice day and pick up TV on the lappy
