Lol...who were you speaking to...someone from Essex or Wales? (I trust you can tell from the accent difference)?

Least they answer your calls...Tesco left me with music many a time, then got the incident date wrong, then my car wrong, then my name wrong, then that I hit him, then that I was uninsured (duhh, you're my insurance company, that one should be a no-no)..

I rang directline earlier and I swear he was talking so fast and in such a strong scottish accent I just didn't have a clue...''whaaaa? say gen?''

Grrrr!

You have done exactly what they want!!
If you tell them to sod off it saves them money, it is a business after all the more they can keep to themselves the better for them, don't play their games.
Phone up and speak to an underwriter, then go along and get estimates for the work what ever it is that's needed.
Write to them by all means but be polite, they hold the ACES wether you like it or not as they already have your money!!
Ask them what they propose to do about itm giving them "NOTICE"(14days) in which to respond.
were there any witnesses etc, what actually happened ?

I was going to say, you have paid your insurance to date, then had an accident, then going to pay for the damages your self.

WELL DONE

get on to the ombudsman - that's what he's there for and what part of the premium you have paid has already paid for

my probs is not with boncaster but equity, as boncaster are just the brokers, Equity are a bunch of wankers, i have basically been called a liar for saying the crash damaged my rad when acording to them it clearly did not, and they have really slated the car saying its old and is no way mint and really i cant claim for a rad as the rad is old and must have been on the way out etc,
So the plan is to prove 100% the rad was and can be damaged in the way i said it was, then document this, document my problems and complain to the ombubsman and to their complaints dept, not that it will do any good,
