ad-aware,spybot search and destroy and ive also had no probs with windows defender (as long as you have a genuine copy of windows.....oh and it keeps tryin to delete all my music theft programs

yeah ive used ccleaner for over a year, easy way of deleting all temp internet files and what not in about 20 seconds depending how long you leave it between scans, awesome little programme
