Zetec turbo valve springs

Hi, i'm building a 2L zetec turbo just wanted some opions on valve springs to use, has anyone used the piper uprated ones.

I'm sure they are the ones that Ian Howell has fitted to my engine. I have no idea what they are like though as i've yet to drive my car with them fitted. I'm sure a few of the other turbo guys have them too.
