Hi all, I have had my series 1 RS Turbo now for 3 years and 2 of which it has been off the road had a complete shell strip down, all rust removed and new metal replaced ect ect.. Have got her back on the road and have the following engine spec. Would like to know what power to expect from this when I go to engine advantages next week, any ideas people?

Standard as Ford intedned Bottom end.

High Pressure oil pump

Stage 1 Head

T 285 T2 Piper Cam (High Boost)

K and N Cone Filter

Samco Hoses

Ahmed Unlimited Boost CHip and 7000rpm Rev limiter

Standard Turbo (Turbo Technics new unit)

negative 31 actuator.

Pace twin capaicity Intercooler (series 1 type)

Group A Ignition Coil

Cosworth Fuel Pump

Brand New distributer and all sensors replaced with new.

Ford Racing Leads / Plugs

Using Ford Formula Oil 5 W 40 Fully Synthetic.

Mongoose exhaust 3 inch all the way.

Would like about 185 - 190 with right fuel/timing set up, am I about right?

You should see 180 - 190@fly

 

I would say 170-180 @ fly

 

I saw 186 @ the fly with just a chip,cone filter, cosworth fuel pump and a 2 1/2 mongoose

 

Gotta be nearing the 190-200 mark surely

 

Ahhhh just seen the location
If its who i think it is....i reckon it will be around 200

 

0I would hope for 200 bhp, dont want to run it on its limits though so would be happy with 185/190, going up to interpro next week now so will see what happens. Cheers all.

I should think your car will have more power than mine did, yours was just as quick , and i have a shedload of torque
