as above i seen a car in a old perfomance ford running one of these just wondering if anybody else is running one as it's got to be better than the standard one...?

 

why would you want to fit one? whats it going to do that your cooler in car does not do already?

 

it's a full front intercooler and for £15 i think it's worth a pop especially if it gets the act down

 

full front it may be but is ment to fit a ford

imo the only i/c that works well is the 2wd or 4wd coolers but you need to mod them big time to fit

 

pointless sve the pennies and get a grs fmic,ive seen plently of shite put on s2s over time,get a proper jobbie mate

 

it's got to be better than that pityfil thing that ford has the cheek to call a inter cooler lol

 

std ford cooler is good for 190 so if you got no more then that keep it on

 

for £15 its worth a pop- best thing to do is measure it and do it that way, alot of these types of mods will be more trouble than there worth though

don't intercoolers on all turbo cars do the same thing

 

ive seen a vauxhall zafira intercooler work pretty well in an rs turbo

 

ive seen a bmw 325td intercooler on a rst and it was shit

 

the cooler is for my run around erst..i've modded it on a cheap budget i.e lots of bargain hunting on here and fleabay...just that i seen a erst with it done alll that is invoved is getting the end caps made up with aliminum with the 2 outlets for the charge carreier and turbo..sounds easy dosen't it lol... the guys esrst that had it done was running 1.8 turbo zetec with ofab management so must be of some use...and substanially lot cheaper than even a double capacity pace item ,any how i'll see how i manage to get on with it
