Who made the new Vin plates for Cossies a while back?

They came in brass n silver I think, anyone remember , if so who could stamp them with your cars details

i got mine off ebay,the guy sent me a form to fill in bout the cars details
then sent it bk then couple of days l8r i got me new vin plates,and they look so
