Default Exhaust Manifold Questions

I know it's been asked before but I would like to make sure I have the right info before doing the swap. Right now I have the small turbo manifold on my car. I'm in the process of switching out my current turbo for a GT30R. I have on the shelf a 2wd manifold. My question is if it's worth the hassle of installing the 2wd manifold for the extra flow. Also, with the small turbo head where do I install a brace? I was thinking of making something to hold it from under the turbo. I appreciate any input you guys have. Thanks

I'm not an engineer but I think it would be better to brace it from under the turbo.

2wd Manifold is a most to get the most from that turbo.

Have you got a pic of a small turbo engine?
