Im running 440 bhp in my Cossie and the fuel pump decided to howl and whine so i need to get another in there, i believe that they are in the tank which is par for the course considering i had just put 40 quids worth of V Power in it

Bosch 023 fuel pump 210 litres @ 6.5 bar fuel pressure.
Or
Bosch 003 fuel pump 190 litres @ 5 bar fuel pressure

i bought a 023 in thinking i had a std item in tank then saw i had a 003

 

023 all the way...


Easiest way to get the fuel out the tank...

Take the fuel return line off (the one from bottom of regulator to tank)
place into a can/drum
Start car, will pump it through till runs dry
