I'm very sorry for the delay and inconvenience this has caused yourself. I am having some major problems with my supplier at the moment, as he is no longer returning my emails. I fear that something may of happened to him. Whether he may be ill, or just disappeared, I don't know.

I know it is no consolation, but whilst you are worrying as to whether you have been conned for ?30, I am extremely worried that I may of been conned for ?10,000!

Whatever the situation turns out to be, I give you my word that you shall get your money back soon. But please bear with my as I have over 300 people to get there money back to, and ?10,000 to find to do so. If I can't get my money back from the supplier, I'll be applying for a loan to cover your refunds. But please bear with me whilst this gets processed.

Please, please, give me the benefit of the doubt as I'm sure you will think this is a load of rubbish. I wish it were, as I am so worried right now, as to where I'll get the money from. But one way or another you shall get yours back.

That seems to be a lot of neutral/negative feedback for someone who's supposed to be a trader, although there's a reasonable percentage of positive.

Imvho I would give them a chance to sort things out but stay within the eBay guidelines - end of the day the trader should be offering you a refund now and if it were me I'd be looking for a refund 'cos if they go under, you money's likely to go with them/him

Why the fook would anyone want to buy off someone who has made their feedback profile private
In my oppinion there is only one reading for hiding things and they arn't normally good ones!

jules, it werent like that when andy bought it, its been weeks since he called me a nob for paying Ł5 more than him (thing is mine turned up 2 days later ), the profile has been changed since and all them 3 negative feedbacks have been left since then too

If you do report it, and they shut the user's account down, IF the story is genuine it's going to make things a lot harder for him and damn frustrating.

I've had it done to me, I don't have the blokes address, couldn't find it for the life of me on E-Bay after the 'auction won' bit. The E-Mail address I was using for E-Bay went down, so I couldn't get access, and I'm in limbo now. Can't get into my account to change the address, can't get access to any details, nothing.

I've e-mailed him loads of times for it with no reply, and my account's now blocked, and nothing I can do will unblock the sodding thing

 

just think though its Ł25.50 and if they stall you long enough youre just going to think" ahh fook it its only 25 quid" and forget about it,if theyve done that to 10 people thats 250 quid theyve made for fook all

 

dont let it go past the 30 day mark b4 informing ebay about the problem !! or you'l be fucked .

Yep I got her address like, its in Leeds which aint that far from Chesterfield like. Might have to go up but when you think about petrol etc.Im pissing about for a tenner.

My supplier has informed me, that the delay has been due to an error in his paperwork, that has meant customs has held back my packages. He has since forwarded the correct invoice and details to customs. Now I am just waiting for them to be released. Which should be very soon,

I really am sorry for the delay in the delivery of your goods. I am awaiting the next delivery of goods from my distributor. I ordered them before I put these on ebay, so I should of recieved them a couple of days after the auction ended. I assume they are stuck in customs at the moment.

They are slowing the postal system down at the moment. I have received previous orders within a matter of days. I have been informed that they are checking everything over and being extra cautious with big packages, looking for terriost threats with the Olympics coming up.

seems lots of ebay scams happen in wortly, probably by the same person, most of the positive feedback is from peeps who actually got their money back,
too many twats are selling things on ebay that they have not got, the guys had your money he hasnt recieved the goods from the suppiers (which were ordered and presumably paid for before your auction ended !!!)
dont let him/her get away with it, inform ebay then inform leeds fraud squad (although fraud squad is usually too busy playing snooker to bother with real crime) you never know you might get them in a good mood and they might do something about it. if you paid bty paypal them report it to them and you should get your money back, if you paid by credit card then again report it and you will get your money back. keep us informed. cheers nomad
