That seems to be a lot of neutral/negative feedback for someone who's supposed to be a trader, although there's a reasonable percentage of positive.

Imvho I would give them a chance to sort things out but stay within the eBay guidelines - end of the day the trader should be offering you a refund now and if it were me I'd be looking for a refund 'cos if they go under, you money's likely to go with them/him
