Hi,
I'm very sorry for the delay and inconvenience this has caused yourself. I am having some major problems with my supplier at the moment, as he is no longer returning my emails. I fear that something may of happened to him. Whether he may be ill, or just disappeared, I don't know.
I know it is no consolation, but whilst you are worrying as to whether you have been conned for ?30, I am extremely worried that I may of been conned for ?10,000!
Whatever the situation turns out to be, I give you my word that you shall get your money back soon. But please bear with my as I have over 300 people to get there money back to, and ?10,000 to find to do so. If I can't get my money back from the supplier, I'll be applying for a loan to cover your refunds. But please bear with me whilst this gets processed.
Please, please, give me the benefit of the doubt as I'm sure you will think this is a load of rubbish. I wish it were, as I am so worried right now, as to where I'll get the money from. But one way or another you shall get yours back.
