Zetec Turbo Management on Focus

Zetec Turbo Management on Focus
I'm in the process of collecting bits to turbo my focus and was wondering....
Can I run it on OFAB or MS? how would I integrate it in with the existing ECU etc?
I'm in the process of acquiring a T3 with an adaptor plate to mount on my std manifold, a 4x4 saff 'cooler and Focus RS injectors and a 65mm TB.
I'm after about 270 - 300 bhp would these bits be able to cope with the planned power?
(I'm also saving for a set of forged pistons to lower the cr)
Its a 2Ltr Zetec blacktop btw.
