Ordered one about 2-3 weeks ago, well I think I did can't speak hurdy-grudy though so I may have bought a pair of clogs or a moose.
If anyone has one how long do they take?

yes it looked like an invoice but I can only read english im sad to say, prob because I'm a "xenophobe" .

 

When i ordered it was here within 5 days of having the confirmation email.
Send an email(in english)to Faktura@Gatebil or Sales@Gatebil explaining what has happened.
Was in contact with Faktura(take it thats a name)a few times and they could not have been more helpfull with any information required when i was trying to purchase(and they will reply in English too )

 

i struggled with the website and gave up in the end
