Default I started building this car on july 14th 2005

I have Now finished (well still need a bit of tidying up)









2.1 ZVH
Steel Rod's
Low comp 7.5.1
Lighten balance
Stage 3 Valcon Head
T36 Turbo
Full Cosworth management
Pace charge cooler
Radtec front mount
Full custom boost hoses
Full samco hose set
Stage 2 cts gearbox
Ap racing clutch
Cosworth rear brakes
Comp 4 pot front brakes
Koni adj all round
25mm lowering springs
17” oz super light alloys
Full bushes
Full rebuild
Everything possible replaced
Full respray inc underneath

And much much more

Need a few little tweaks and a bit of tidying then i should be finished.

Cheers adam lot change since i started the restro page it's more of a sleeper now with out the mud flaps and things.

Im really happy with the way it has turned out hope u like it people its on the passionford stand on sunday if u wanna come and look well only if i have time to finsh all the shitty jobs.

nice one james looks fookin excellent,remember reading the resto thread a while back,should b going to ford fair sunday so ill come and introduce myself(if you remember i spoke to you a while back regarding where paint works in harlow was as i work there"IN HARLOW THAT IS" hope to see you giving a bit of welly round the town centre!! .watch out for the old bill as there seems to b fookin way to many law cars for one town,i have enough trouble being followed in my s2 every morning on the way to the pinnacles

Yeah pop over and say hi im hoping it will be there just got a few little bits to sort out first.

The old bill are gonna pull me over for driving to slow running it in is gonna be so boring a couple of k of no boost driving

I carnt wait for when ahmed remaps it and ive got power its gonna be evil

looks stunning mate, well done. my rs turbo rebuild has taken about 8months so far, was meant to be done for ford fair but had a few set backs along the way. itching to get mine done now.

Coolio mate.
Got a question and a comment tho...

The bailey header tank on the r/h side: what's that used for ? Water injection?

I would change the rocker cover for a standard CVH item so you don't have a pair of redundant anchor nuts sat there looking weird.

The tank on the right is for the charge cooler system as it's running charge cooler and intercooler.

The two hole are gonna be used there a bracket im making to hold the new charge pipe in place.

not heard of a t36 before!


what sort of power is it looking to make? i would upgrade that stg2 box to a stg2+ before its too late as well!

I brought the turbo from ahamed bayjoo he said it has t34 housing with modded inturnals and said it basicly a t36 ish i dont no i ant got a clue i only buy these parts.

Ahmed also said i should see between 310-320 bhp form the car.
