Default 2wd running trouble

My 2wd saph has been running perfectly. Went to start it last night and it ran for 3sec and cut out. Now when I start it it sounds like it is running on two cylinders.
Help

I have replaced the idle valve, blue coolant sensor, crank sensor checked and working, fuel pressure is fine, ignition amp, phase sensor. Timing hasnt moved and is spot on. Leads havent been moved but checked and all ok. I event tried a different ecu. It has a L8 fitted with a pf09 tps + wires swapped. Spark plugs checked. I have checked the earths also. I am stumped. I need to try a 3bar and thats it.

Someone please help.

I have now tried a new map sensor and still the same.

Would the engine loom cause this sort of problem. It is asif the timing is out but mechanically it is spot on and has been runing the way it is!!!

When I turn the ignition on the plugs spark??? It never used to. has anyone had this issue as I think this is related to the problem maybe...
I have fitted a new phase sensor, rota arm and done a compression test and all ok.
