ok so ive been to JEMS and had a leak down test done on a hot engine, results were:

cyl 1.....@180 psi....leakdown less than 5% over 5 mins
cyl 2.....@180 psi....leakdown less than 5% over 5 mins
cyl 3.....@180 psi....leakdown less than 5% over 5 mins
cyl 4.....@180 psi....leakdown less than 5% over 5 mins

so ...he says it is perfect......dont understand

why would i get a charged water system? if its all ok ..
