Default Bought a series1

Its a non custom, on the log book it just says Escort RS turbo so i am presuming this is the way non custom was declared on the log book, anybody with a non custom confirm this is the same as their log book.
Biggest bonus 1 key fits all the locks which is nice.

Cheers PaulT

Nice mate, not many non-customs kicking about nowadays.

What's the plans, what (if any) work does it need?

Lovely car!? Are you on crack or something!?

Need shit loads of work, if the front bumpers like that i'd hate to see the rest!

Will make a wicked little project over the summer though, get a thread up in the resto section Paul!

Its not a minter but happy with it. Front bumper is the only rusty bit as my mate with another S1 swapped it over for this one. 72k on the clock, clifford G4 engine rebuilt 400 miles ago. Drove past it a few times and my mate knocked on and asked if it was for sale money changed hands and deal done.
Agree with the aerial bit but depends what we do with it, i have started polishing to see how it comes out.

Dunno who's on crack but the car doesnt look rotten to me, looks pretty decent on the outside from what I can see! front bumper could just be stonechipped! it is 20odd years old remember

Towing cover supplied with the car so no worries there and remember never judge a car by its front bumper

Cars already on the database as i already checked.
