Right lads i ask you lot 3-4 weeks what head gasket to buy and most of you said an O.E FORD one will be ok i have now had the head skimmed and i took the block to bits to put some new shells and rings in and i could not see any markings on the pistons so i did not now what size rings to order any took the block and pistons to the same man who did my head for me so that he could measure them and order me the new rings. He then told me that the top of the block had been skimmed and the pistons had to make it low comp again which it was in the frist place.

Any what i am asking you lot is does any one know if the O.E FORD HEAD GASKET will still be ok or should i be getting a thicker one(if there is one) if so where can i get one from or can i get one made if so does any one now where i can get this from
