right guys umm im in need of a new engine mount and some polybushes where can i get these from its for a escort s2 turbo.
also i need a new suspension set up it runs to low i have koni adjustable dampers with eibach springs lowered by 45mm way way to much what springs could i use ive seen some P.I 35mm would they do.

I do Cobra springs, the ones fitted to mine. They are around 30mm lowered and give good ride quality. They are as good as Eibach in my opinion.

umm well i was advised to do all the engine mounts coz but the main movement is from the one right down near the clutch i think

That price is for a set of 4 springs.
Regarding Engine mounts, if you car is sub 200bhp, go with new standard Ford ones. For 200bhp plus, consider Vibratechnics mounts at around £90 for the pair that go under the gearbox.

ok so £95 for springs ill have a think on those i got some P.I ones give a 25mm drop might see what there like only cost £30 unless there complete crap and ill have some off you i dont know if 25mm is gonna be not enough drop ?? 30mm would be better what do you suggest i have 17" rs7's at the mo but looking to go to 16's what would you suggest??
