If you are thinking of an upgrade go for the 2.0 block just because of the potential power increase,
You will need to take the engine, loom/ecu and sensors and mountings then attach a erst gearbox and a decent clutch, a set of cvh drive shafts and a few bits and bobs.

I'm not to clued up on the n/a conversion but i'm sure there are different ecu's, your best getting advice from some of the other users.

You should see 150bhp out of a n/a engine and a fair amount of torque

what about a 1600 cvh non turbo? , thats what i might do, i was under the impression that you didnt need to spend too much to get it sorted?

Speak to xr stu mate, hes done the 1800 convo i think and im sure hes about to do a 2.0 as well, you could also speak to jamsport or maybe try vulcan or burton power, im sure jamsport did a 2ltrs xr2 a while back.

Or you just fuck it and get an rs2000 jobbie in there

If your going cvh then get a full cvh turbo conversion there is the same amount of work and the cost is not a great deal more and the tuning aspect is massive.
