Default Zetec Turbo fuelling questions...

Ok - so as my stockpile of parts grows and grows i've come to the fuelling issue...

Ideally looking for a figure of around 350bhp i can't decide whether to go for 803 Greens and accept a slightly lower figure (don't want to max out the duty cycle) - or whether to go to Light Blues and risk a lumpier idle.

That's all assuming i use Bosch injectors - i've heard that Siemens etc have better spray patterns etc. - so any recommendations would be appreciated.

Also - fitting into a Series 2 shell - i think i'm right in saying that the fuel tank thats still on there is not suitable as it doesn't have a fuel return with it being from an MFi car...

So... Could i fit an XR3i fuel tank (i.e set up for fuel injection return) - or would it be easier to junk it and just fit an alloy cell in the back?

Which brings the next question - what fuel pump?

Also - what fuel bits do i need in the form of swirl pots etc?

Any advice appreciated.

Cheers

The 2 of the big power T34 CVH's on here are using greys i think. At a guess greens defo arent up to the job.

Wont the injector size depend on what turbo and what boost you need to porduce to make the power you want ?

Gareth - i've got OMEX 500 that's mapped for a similar engine on 803s so would almost plug and play...

But i've got a mate offering me Motec quite cheap - and its a much better ECU - so i'm able to go with whatever really
