Default New engine spec

Well cheers harvy great job as allways.

Decided a while ago that i fanced a bit more power over what i all ready had, spoke to harvy, reyland, mark, ect about my engine and at one point i was going to go 600 + bhp, but decided against that as the car is a road car and if i went that far i whould want to roll cage it ect, so i decided to go for one off harvys T38 450 bhp specs, so off with the T34 and light blues and on with the T38 and greys and all i can say is it pulls evern harder than befor and where as the last turbo started to run out about 6k this keeps on pulling just as hard all the way to 7200 and it is so much smoother plus its only runing 26psi instead of 33 psi so it should be a bit happy`er under the bonnet as well.

But you have lost TQ with the reduction in boost so you have to rev it more now?
What was it before and what is it now

well TM it might well have mate but on the road it feels so much better and pulls harder and for longer, hope to see if its any quicker at the pod as the car did 12.5 with old spec and 18" now with new engine spec and 19" we will see and also as the turbo only runing 26 psi instead off 33 psi i could fit bigger injectors and turn the boost up

Dunc, whats the limit of a T38 BHP wise and hows the lag, more noticable, or not to bad?

staffi dont know what the bhp limit is on the turbo sorry but i whould say the lag is about the same, just dont come in as hard as the T34 but the T38 pulls a lot stronger if you know what i mean.

foreigneRS its on P8 mate

yum good luck with your new engine mate, that will be mad on the road i know the sort of cost an engine and all the other bits cost to go with it and i hope it all goes to plan for you and i will try and blag a ride when its all sorted
