Mine has got a T-34 with a .48 housing on mate . Went on the rollers at Interpro last week and made 349BHP and 355ftlb torque , its on boost nice and low down as well.

As above you have an option of a t34 with 3 different exhaust housings
.48 .55 .63

Ones with a 360 degree bearing are better but a bit pricier
Got mine from turbo technics for a good price
Most places with give you discount if you send them your old one

.48 is probably quicker in the real world, but I just love that boot up the arse I get from my .63

Gotta be .63 when i changed mine from .48 i ragged it home from buying my .63 let it cool down, 3 hours later ragged it down the road with the .63 on and i was as happy as a dog with 2 dicks, didnt really notice the extra lag but like turboshed said you cant beat that kick up the arse.
Also anywhere near 400bhp and the .43 is way too restrictive

mines a t4 and is laggy as fook
wouldnt change it tho as you learn to drive around it and produces more power than the t38 could.
new stage three should be t38 and blues

Get yourself a Garrett GT2860RS (Disco Potato) a far more modern equivalent of the trusty old T34, the GT spools up a f@#k load quicker too
