Default 2wd cossie brakes

I've got a set of these coming and was woundering if they will fit straight on to my series1? Thanks

No, in a word. 2wd calipers are 4 pots which won't fit under standard S1 rims. I run Escort Cosworth 4x4 calipers and 283mm 2wd discs. They go (just) but don't plan on having any stick on weights on the inside on the rim as then the rim won't clear the calipers as they rotate - it's that tight. But they WILL fit.

i dont have standard rims mine are 16 inch will they fit with these?

TBH is depends on the width and offset of the rims you have. I'm not 'up' with sizes etc but ask in the general forum - someone there will know.

to make the 4 pots fit youll have to skim 3mm of the mounting face on the caliper. as for alloys i had a night mare trying to get some to go over mine. well worth it though

wot wheels did you end up getting wot are the dimentions, apart from the skimmin do ya not have to alter the bolt holes?

You've got to tap the bolts holes out with a M12 tap, and be careful when bolting them on as the bolts holes are fractioanally out, and for gods sake buy some high tensile cap head bolts to put them on with and nothing less!
