Default zetec turbo and t3 manifold?

how does this work? i know new studs have to be drilled, but does anything have to be donewith the old ones? and do anystuds line up? are the ports a perfect match?

no zetec ones line up

but the ports line up when new ones are drilled

i got a plate from interpro, and its moved the turbo too close to the rad

Mine is going in the XR2 so rad clearance does create a little problem

Yo. Have you got the vibratechnics gearbox mounts?? Mines roughly as close as yours and hasnt touched yet under hard track use. Not ideal tho! I think I'll be gettin an area-6 tubular manifold and fook it all off above the gearbox when I get a T34.

how about blue tacking the manifold on the block?
that might give u a bit more clearance

Just how mine was but never had a prob, sayin that though if a mount does let go kiss goodbye to the rad So not ideal no but like i say mine was fine

Looks like a mint set of engine mounts for me then

Isnt there a way of sealing the last stud that goes through th oil way?

fook me,,,,,,,,, if you drill the block and make it to the oil galley

how deep do ya wanna drill it,,,,,,,, its risky enough when the water galley is drilled through,,,,,,, why would you wanan keep drilling
