Default NEW T3/T4 FITTED (PICS)

Finally got it finished and as i speak im leaving her to warm up outside. Job wasnt as difficult as i expected, just needed to acquire a few extra bits like spacer, gaskets and pipes etc. also fitted my front mount so goona take it for a quick blast round the block when she has been idling for 5 mins

What turbo is that, a T34?

The kink in your hose to the metering unit won't do you any favours.

Shorten your silicone hose between the metering unit and turbo.

it is a T34, but its not the one you showed on your pic. Its spaced because the compressor housing would foul on the manifold. I had bought it for my ZVH engine but my t3 had starte smoking so have bolted this up for the mean time.

That exactly what a T34 should have, a T3 turbine. Othervise It would be a T4.

I think Jesse is refering to the back housing, not the RST elbow

That's exactly what it is. Doesn't matter if it's done with a RST style T3 turbine housing or a Cossie style T3 turbine housing.

stuart collins

You're getting confused. The rear housing comes in different styles, ie 3 and 5 bolt, but they still use the t3 rear wheel.

And, there is absoloutelty NOTHING restrictive about the RST elbow. It's the housing it fits onto u may want to take a closer look at.
