Default can you help me complete this list please (zetec turbo)

parts i will require for putting a 2ltr zetec turbo in a mk5 escort cab.

ok so starting with the simple stuff.
please add to the list, fill in the gaps or delete what ever u think needs to be.

the car
a zetec engine
c20let (calibra turbo) pistons
block machined to suit the pistons
injectors (what ones should i go for and where is best to get them)
arp rob bolts
t3 manifold
t3 turbo
down pipe (do i just get a erst t3 downpipe)
1.8 zetec inlet
1.8 zetec sump and oil pick up
adaptor plate for the erst manifold

im not to sure what to do with the wiring. im guessing i will need stuff off a frst and either the ofab or ofac managment.
or is there another way?
what about the mapping of it?
what do you suggest?

is there anything missing from the list to get me running?

cheers in advance!

Also something i never got to the bottom of was whather the 1.8 inlets go straight on and clear the rocker cover for the charge carrier. Was told a couple of times an adaptor/spacer is needed but decided to use my 1.6 inlet instead before i found out.

machine rods to fit pistons

frst is the cheapest management option i should think.

also, i thought you DID need an adapter plate for the cvh inlet

you will need to make a gearbox shim up, the cvh box onto the zetec block leave big fook off gaps to the flywheel.

oh and also a decent gearbox / clutch

i should be able to use the mtx 75 box shouldnt i as the car takes the zetec engine from the factory.

i was thinking last night that for the amount of money it will cost i might just turbo my nova. but i'll have to work out the figures and see what happens.

cheers for the help

oh will ya indeed.
i'll swop them for a weekend away with emma.

infact the way things r at the moment that wouldnt be a problem would it.

come up with a decent deal for me and their urs matey.
i got them cheap, but some thing cheap from halfords would mean more that 50 quid at the moment
