Default Fitting a Pro Alloy Intercooler

Hi
Ive just Bought a Pro Alloy intercooler for my brother


Can anyone give me some advice.
Will i need to modify the front bumper to get it in??
Or will it go striaght in?

Can i see some photos of ones that have been done already

should go pretty much straight on. how come u didnt opt for a full front mount? better cooling efficency then

Could only afford this one matey

the next one was the front mounted as u said and they wanted in the reign of Ł400

So it should just fit on my bro's S2 with hardly any cutting???

Will do, I am assuming you have the rad fitting kit too that came with it, if so is a very easy thing to fit

you dont have to with the GRS(unless you wanna keep the spot lights on) and i'm pretty sure that you dont have to with any of the others either!

Default intercooler

dan69: Nah mate, you dont need to cut your bumper at all to fit the pro alloy second generation cooler. I fitted my front mount myself using the instructions provided by pro alloy and completed the job in about six hours. It can be done much quicker depending on how confident you are to get stuck in. If you know how to use a drill and got basic knowledge of using tools you will be alrite.

i do have all the brackets ect that come with the intercooler so we should fit it in with a day
