What time do drivers have to be there to sign on and what is the address for the place please?

EXACTLY what i came into post Tony

 

All drivers please be on site for 8.30am.

Address & Location as follows:

Bedford Autodrome, Thurleigh Airfield, Thurleigh, Bedfordshire, MK44 2YP

 

Look what i found

Saturday 25th Febuary

DETAILS FOR THE DAY

7.30 am Gates open
8.30 am Drivers Breifing including breakfast rolls.
9.00 am Ducks and Drakes.
Lunch will be available.

You will be required to sign 2 indemnity forms,

Palmer Sport will ask you to sign their form when entering site.

RSOC Indemnity Form before drivers breifing.

If these forms are not signed or altered by drivers, additional drivers or passengers, there will be NO access to the pits.( NO TRACK ACTIVITY )

YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR DRIVERS LICENCES.

Helmet hire is available on the day a deposit will be required.

 

Get there early as 150 people have to sign in, sign forms etc.....quicker thats done the quicker we get on the tarmac

Can we have access to the pit garages (if we have one booked) before ducks and drakes to unload tools etc or do we have to lug them around the ducks and drakes laps again?

 

"Should" be able to drop bits off b4 hand as we did last year

 

Excellent - lugged mine round the warm up laps last time - sockets everywhere there was!

Cheek, I was there too early I think, and got told by someone I couldnt do it!
