just put s1 back together since taking it of road,

inlet manifold turbo been put back on,

but now wont start,

any ideas, all plugs on back of inlet are in correct and getting a spark

i have let the fuel pupmp prime loads to get fuel back through

im now stuck

 

is the metering flap pulsing on cranking?

 

Take off the air filter and hold the flap down 1-2mm while cranking.

Let us know what this does?

 

Have you checked the plastic pipe that goes from the oil beather filter on the back left of the rocker cover to the air flow meter. If this has any holes in it can cause a whole load of grief

 

Should have geiven me a ring Andy. I could have nipped round and given you a hand....

Is it not an air lock in the fuel system. The KE is a bit random when it comes to things like this....
