Im going to flush my heater matrix tomorrow which is the easiest way to do it. Do I do it from the thermostat to the matrix or is it the other way round? Anyone give me some advice?

 

i just cleaned the matrix on my van , what i did was run a hose through 1 pipe for a min or 2 then the other for the same then back to the other pipe etc keep doin this and you will see all the mucky shit coming out each time the hose goes in , made such a difference to my lil van,.

 

disconect the y conector and the direct pipe to the matrix the insert a hose and wait.

you'll get a better result by doing each conector for about 2 mins each
