Optimax

If you run it on the normal 95RON stuff it will soon fuck up. Bloke I used to work with used to have one because it kept blowing up he said Fords were shit. He had been running it on normal unleaded. Wasn't his fault as the seller didn't tell him apparently

If you're ever in West London see the independant garage in Holland Road
Kensington for some good old 4 Star. Failing that a trip to your local airfield
should find you some avgas. No more det EVER.

Depends on how you/your tuner sets it up. It will allow you to use more ignition advance than normal. BUT if you run out of ALdon (of whatever booster you're using) whilst out driving, fill up with Optimax then drive
home very carefully not putting the motor under any load. Otherwise the resulting detonation will ruin not just your day but also your engine.
