ok is there any way (other than stop eating all together lol) to make my huge belly go down a bit in 7 days ???
how about swimming and lots of cardio each day until next sat would i see any benifits ?
bascically were on a rather big night out and my belly is massive lol
im currently 38" waist jeans
really really want to get into 36" which i know is still huge but a lot better than tent size 38" diesel jeans

To be honest, cutting meals down to 3 from 5 or 6 will often gain someone weight due to the metabolism slowdown you will experience... Little and often is the key so i believe.
Anyway Pokie.. dont worry about weight, all you need to do is hit the dancefloor with me at 8pm and you should be in a 36 by the time you leave with me at 5am... so only 1 day later than targeted

Small and regular ever time when it comes to meals. Big meals 2-3 times a day not only causes the stomach to expand unnecessarily but your metaboism will slow down so you'll be less efficient at burning calories.
