I'm 99% happy with the way i am, although i dont do any exercise as such - i could do with toning up a little.
I dont wanna goto the extremes that some of you guys are, weighing food, body building etc..... Just need a little self control on what i eat and do.
I thank god that i go clubbing very regulally, its the only workout my body really gets
My intake of food is well, if its cooked i'll eat it
But i think i have a very high motabilism (sp) as i have been a size 32" waist since i was in my early teens and i'm now 30
I'm going to make 2006 a year of doing stuff, as 2005 was just a year of non-events really. I'm going to start bike riding again and maybe even some jogging
I 99% of the time have breakfast and a cuppa in the morning along with a multi-vitamin, then its lunch and dinner and thats it - maybe a kit-kat or something simular inbetween.
All i wanna do is feel better & healthy and lose my little buddah belly
Any advice guys?
Oh and Paul E, i might invest in your advice too

You obviously know where you are going wrong, despite the hi metabolism.
Do you have any idea as to what % bodyfat you are as you could be what is known as Skinny Fat
Thin looking people can be fat too you know.
Try your cycling and get a good sit up routine going and you maybe suprised how you get on, especially with your high metabolism.

He is skinny fat. It's kinda cute really it's as if he has swollowed a small box. He hasn't got a round belly like most blokes.
I think we will have to do before and after photos. I want to do the same too, slim down a bit with less squidgy bits.

I aint got no square belly
Its a my buddah belly if you dont mind
Get yourself some weights from Argos and a situp bar and make a chart of how many you do with what weight. It's satisfying to look at the chart and see that you are improving over the weeks.
Pressups is another good one. You only need the floor to do them
You get a chart of different exercises in the weights box.
That's a good start.
