never used it before but gonna give it a try when come back off holiday, can anyone recommend me a good one they have used, cheers

myprotiens creapure.expensive but i like it.or there creatine monohydrate is a better price if you wana try that.

cheers will have a look at that, been looking at the holland and barrett capsules but cant find any reviews online

i tend to stay away from holland and barratt stuff mate as to be honest i think its sh*t.i just ordered some casien protein from bodybuilding warehouse and got 100 creatine tabs for free worth a tenner so will give them a go but you defo cant go wrong with myproteins stuff.

cheers, just ordered the creapure, how do you take it and how often? just read some of the reviews and lots of people saying different thing.

yeh everybody is different to what they take.depending on there size/golas etc.i usually just take a heaped teaspoon with my post workout shake.

Any make will do as long as its 100% monohydrate..

I've not done it in years as I didn't find it that great but aren't you supposed to load up on it and then cruise? Things may have changed since I done it though.

I used to have those Krealkalyne (sp?) capsules. No need to load up and two a day. Worked for me, but not quite so serious about it now though.
