that is cheap i wouldnt know if its any good a good creatine is cell tech from muscletech

Cell mass from BSN is better, Cell tech has too much sugar in it IMO.

its really difficult to recommend anything,ive been useing allsports creatine,but saw that holland and barrett did good offers so am now useing 'body fortress'its US made...
since useing it i havnt lost size so its not bad,just buy it when its on offer....
but if anyone knows of anything better let me know........cheers Pete
