Supplements??
Ive been going back to the gym for several months.
I have been losing weight but i also want to increase muscle.
I weigh 16st8 (was nearly 18st up to a month or so ago!) so I think im moving in the right direction, but i'm interested in what supplements I could take to help - recovery and muscle gain.

If you were to take steroids you would actually have to work harder.....they dont work without training very hard and eating well.
As for recovery, yep, stick with a whey protien.....they are all very much alike these days, dont think that the more expensive ones are better.
It seems like you are doing very well as it is loosing that weight in such time. Take one protien shake mixed with 1 pint of semi-skimmed milk within 35 mins of finishing your workout.
Train hard, eat well and get 8+ hours of sleep night is the secret!

Looks so simple and easy when you read it! can i make the shake before i go to the gym?
I dont get home while half 6 on an evening, and then i go to gym, so its not easy to get to eat properly.
I just dont sleep lol. always have shit on my mind that stops me sleeping.
