daily menu
Can anyone suggest a menu to get me through the week????
I have returned to a desk based job and the weight is creaping up owing to long hours and snacking (weak willed) long hours were preventing excercise but I've got that pegged now.
Need easy lunch I can take with me and little things to snack on when stressed, doing about 1.5/2ltrs of water a day and that helps.
