you can take pills if you can get a supply from the black market but there not magic,a good diet and cardio mixed with weights id the only thing that will work

simple
carion in the morning before breakfast, then weights in the evening do a 3 day split on the weights incorperating 2 different body parts per session
as to diet cut out the crap lower the carbs job done, you can go extream and do something like the Kato diet for massive weight loss very quickley but you have to be strict
you will see a massive difference quite quickly by just cutting the crap and beer

cardio. Before breakfast = fasted. Supposed to burn your fat stores due to no dietry intake to burn from.

The key to losing weight is carbs. Lower your intake and get off the starchy slow releasing ones ones, pasta, bread, potatoes etc.. Eat good fats and protein. Its how the keto/Atkins diets work...

Interesting read, as i was wondering this too, the only problem i have is i start work at 6 which is an hours drive away so i'm up at half 4 to wake up / get ready to leave. Theres no way i could get up earlier to do some cardio, and when i get home at 3ish, i'm usually too knackered to do much ( been getting up at half 4 for 6 years now so even saturdays and sundays my body clock wakes me up at 5ish! )
What sort of regime would be best for me?

Do you have a physical job are are your tired from the early mornings? I assume you get to bed early to compensate?

If its not tiredness through sleep then you could be eating too few clean carbs so have a lack of energy. You would be best off sorting a clean diet which will probably see you eating more but of the right things which will in turn give you energy and help you lose weight.

What do you do on the weekends when you wake up early? 5 am is the best time of the day to get out on your bike etc..

Trouble is we get stuck in a rut. If you persevere with cardio you will feel better and more energetic over time. Its hard in the beginning but will pay off.

The black Market pills work kind of but can actually eat away at muscle as opposed to fat. Plus the side effects are gay as fuck.

I lost a lot of weight quickly 2 years ago. All in a week to

My day consisted of.

Get up. Go gym. Do one hour cardio.

Get morrisons salad bar dinner.

Proper tea (meat and veg) Drinki only water

Lost a good bit of weight, want to back to it but haven't been able to run for 18 month so it's all going back on.

I'm after losing weight too but as a bus driver, my job ain't exactly ideal. I use an exercise bike 5 times a week for 30mins and am cutting right back on carbs and eating less. Any other advice as I don't seem to be losing anything. I have wii fit and do few exercises on there once a week and weigh myself trying to make it same time/day every week to keep it all consistent.

Cheers

I would switch from the bike to light jogging or up hill walking OR increase the cardio duration on the bike. What are you burning on the bike? 250-300 cals? Instead of time bounding the session try calorie binding it.
If you've got a lot of work to do and are serious I would be aiming for 750-1,000 cals a session. You can do this just not in a 30 mins session. Make time of don't is your choice.

Also, take another look at the diet. Have you 'cut right back' enough? - Remember you're after a 2500 cal target. The maths for weight loss are simple.

Cals in - energy used = + or - weight transfer
