How much eph?
Im trying to loose weight for my holiday in july. Im 18 stone an would like to loose a few stone before i go. Im walking about 2 miles a day and im eating a sensible eating diet of wholemeal bread (2 slices) fruit, chicken salad ect.
I have lost just over a stone since christmas and want to loose it a bit faster. I have used eph before but not sure i was taking the correct ammount.
What ammount would you recomend?

tbh, at 18stone, unless you're 7 foot tall, i doubt you need to be taking eph to lose fat.
Just go past the comfort zone with the cardio, 2 hours a day if you want. Drop the cals to 500 sub maintainence, so circa 2000/2200 a day. High in protein, moderate in fats and low on carbs with one high carb day a week.
Give it a couple of months at that and i'd put money on you being down 2stone+ if you are banging in the cardio at 90mins+ 7 days a week.
If you do go for eph, at 18stone... got to be looking at 100mg a day of eph, split over 3doses with 200mg caff a dose aswell as 1 asprin.

I agree with Coldo, you don't need Eph. My weight is coming right down and I don't even do the cardio, although you should, I just hate it. A good diet plus cardio will strip the weight off you.

IIRC Epedrine and Caffene increase blood pressure and caffene increases the risk of heart attack somehow. Forgive my ignorance and vagueness, its been some time since I looked into an ECA stack.
Asprin thins the blood reducing the risk of heart problems aswell as prolonging the effects and helping with the body temps etc.
Don't forget Ephedrine is a stimulant, form of speed.

I used to use Dymetadrine 25+. it consists of 25mg Ephedrine hydrochloride, 25mg Bromelease, 200mg caffeine and 100mg Asprin.
Does this sound right for what i need or could you recomend a product?

you need to join a gym and combine cardio with weights,also eat healthy
I was near 18 stone 16 months ago Iam now hovering around 15 stone and iam 42
it is a slow process and you dont want to drop too much weight too quickly,just keep it up and you will feel great i know i do

there is no magic pill mate,the EPH or T5s will work but you need to get down to a managable weight first there only any good to shift the last few pounds,as its been said they are a simulate and make you hot and your heart race like hell,they do give you a buzz just before a workout.

18 month ago I was touching 19 stone and led a fairly unhealthy life,
Now I am down to 17, still got a gut, exercising 5 out of 7 days and being 70% careful with my food.
Popping pill's n all that aint really gonna do you much good, if you work it yourself then you will start feeling a greater sense of well being and self achievement.
I now do MTBing 2 or 3 times a week, and really need to up that,
Swim once a week, 25 mins swim, 25 smins sauna, 20 mins swim.
Run one or 2 times a week, sometimes that can be running to and from the gym, prob at the 2 mile mark at the mo.
Gym one or 2 times a week, 1 session is Holistic with a PT, other is just a fuck around what i can be arsed doing and a perv
Some of these days are double days too, like sunday is swim n bike day etc.
Put it in and you will get it out
