18 month ago I was touching 19 stone and led a fairly unhealthy life,
Now I am down to 17, still got a gut, exercising 5 out of 7 days and being 70% careful with my food.
Popping pill's n all that aint really gonna do you much good, if you work it yourself then you will start feeling a greater sense of well being and self achievement.
I now do MTBing 2 or 3 times a week, and really need to up that,
Swim once a week, 25 mins swim, 25 smins sauna, 20 mins swim.
Run one or 2 times a week, sometimes that can be running to and from the gym, prob at the 2 mile mark at the mo.
Gym one or 2 times a week, 1 session is Holistic with a PT, other is just a fuck around what i can be arsed doing and a perv

Some of these days are double days too, like sunday is swim n bike day etc.
Put it in and you will get it out
