Substitute for Fish
Been training (weights mainly) for a while now but need to focus more on diet to see best results. Gonna follow some examples to start with (Mens Fitness etc) but they all have fish on some days. I can understand this due to its good source of protein, omega 3 etc. Basically, i can't stand fish, none of it, so what's the best thing to substitute it with on those days? Can you have too much chicken??
Cheers, Chris

You can definately have too much chicken! I went through a phase of being sickened with chicken as i was eating it almost every meal.
Things i use other than fish to mix up the diet a bit are eggs, turkey breasts and lean steak mince.

Try turkey and or tofu (beancurd) can get it already flavoured, dont try it pure, tastes like trainer insoles!
Chicken is crap, full of thickeners, water and stabilisers, its not the chicken you hate, you get sensitised to the additives etc...
Turkey is better nutritionally than chicken, higher in B's and trytophan, natuarlly leaner and less if not no bulking agents.
Beancurd just top, check out the diet in Okniawa, I know karate kid blah blah, must be doing something right, raw protein, raw carbs, fresh veg/legumes = perfect training diet.
