Default Rowing Tabata

A few of you know I started my regime a few months ago.

I have been following the slimming world diet to a tee without cheating, the only cheats i have had in over 2 months is a bar of galaxy (the mars bar sized one). But i have not been having any "sins" only healthy extras.

The only exersise i have been doing is parking my car as far from uni as possible and walking in, and tabata rowing. this is, 20 seconds flat out, 10 seconds @ 10% of ability, x8 a day. 8x30sec = 4 minutes. Ive been doing this every other day.

I was last weighed in at 23.5 stone.

I last weighed myself at home and was 22 stone 6lb.

I was at the hospital the other day for a preop checkup and it was revealed my home scales are massivly out, i am actually 21 stone 6lb, with 3 layers of clothing on, shoes, heavy jeans and belt.

Im chuffed to bits, I have managed to lose 2 stones and 13lb in under 3 months with just 4 minutes exersise every other day, and a diet where i can eat lovely stuff (such as egg and bacon omelettes with fresh tomatos).

I can tell i look better already and members of the opposite sex have started smiling at me alot more.

My goal is 17 stone and then start muscle training to get to around 18 stone with around 15% bodyfat.

I havent even started clenbuterol yet am waiting till i hit my wall (where i dont lose any more weight.

Properly chufffed, and it goes to show, interval training really works!

Simply sticking to the slimming world diet, so you have red and green days, red being meat days and green being pasta etc.

You have "sins" which you can have they work in points so a mars bar would be all your points for that day taken up. THe more points you use the less you lose.

You also have free food that you can have on any day, such as mullerlight yoghurt.

as for fitness, just been doing the rowing, 5 mins warm up after stretching, 4 mins of interval, 5 mins warm down (which I dont do as im too knackered).
