induction friday.
right few questions guys.im on weightwatchers just now with the girlfriend and lost 5lb in a few weeks.can see the differance.now booked the gym for friday and wondering what i do about calories etc now.im 12st 5 and got a good frame to start with.just upperbody is not toned attall and this is the area i will be working hard on.what about protein shakes etc aswell?
basically to have a very good upperbody.my legs and that are not too bad just now but il give them some work also.stomach.chest and arms need really toning up.im just unsure about diet wise now as ive been cutting down the past 3 weeks and saw a great improvement but do i need to take in more calories now since il be hitting the gym?
OK, so do you want to keep losing weight or have you lost enough now and want to bulk up?
